RogueLore Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use RogueLore, made by Thursday Interactive, LLC ("Thursday Interactive," "we"). By using RogueLore, you agree to them.
RogueLore is free
The core RogueLore app is free to use. We may offer optional add-ons later, such as modules or expansions. Those may cost money, either individually or through a subscription. Any paid add-on will show its price before you buy it.
Your content is yours
Anything you create in RogueLore belongs to you. Your content stays on your device. We don't collect it, see it or claim any rights to it. Because it lives on your device, you're responsible for keeping your own backups.
No account needed
You don't need an account to use RogueLore. The RogueLore privacy policy explains what the app does and does not collect.
Using RogueLore responsibly
Please use RogueLore for its intended purpose: planning and building learning experiences. Don't try to break, copy or resell the app itself.
Feedback
If you send us a bug report or a feature request, we may use your idea to improve RogueLore. We won't owe you anything for it, but we're grateful.
No guarantees
We work hard to make RogueLore reliable. Still, the app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't responsible for lost content or for any damages that come from using the app, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Changes to RogueLore and these terms
We may update RogueLore or these terms. If the terms change, the date at the top will change too. Using RogueLore after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
