Build the room where people do their best work.

I work with schools, districts and organizations that want their students and teams to do more than they think they can. I design the courses, experiences and training that make that happen, then hand them over in a form your team can run without me.

Curriculum Design

Who it's for
Schools, districts and organizations writing or rebuilding curriculum in any subject, from a single unit to a full course or program of study.
What you get
A course or unit map aligned to your standards; project-based units and project briefs; rubrics that measure the work students actually do; a teacher guide written so a new teacher can run it on day one.
Time to deliver
6 to 12 weeks for a full course. About two weeks for a single unit or a curriculum review.

Program and Event Development

Who it's for
Districts, nonprofits and community groups that want a game jam, a student competition or an industry mentor network.
What you get
A program model and event format; a volunteer and mentor structure; a partner outreach plan; support through your first event.
Time to deliver
3 to 6 months of planning before a first event, with support through the event itself.

Professional Development and Workshops

Who it's for
Schools, districts, conferences and companies that want training people actually use.

Format
A single half-day or full-day session, or a series of sessions across a semester.

How it works

  1. Meet. We start with your team: who they are, what they need, and what isn't working yet.
  2. Scope. I send a short written plan covering what we'll build, who's involved, the timeline and the cost.
  3. Build and playtest. We build it with your team, try it in the room, and revise until it works.
  4. Hand off. You get everything in a form your team can run and keep improving on their own.

Every project starts with a conversation.
